Dr Jayna Rose Cox

DipRemMassage, BHSc (Naturopathy), MAS (Acupuncture)

Jayna began her natural health journey in 2005, studying remedial massage at TAFE Queensland in Nambour. She also began working with Roy and Rosalind Hayes at the Meher Clinic in Kiels Mountain on the Sunshine Coast, where she developed lasting professional relationships and received their mentorship.

She completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) in 2016 and further training in dry needling in 2018. Inspired by her experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, she went on to study a Master of Applied Science (Acupuncture) at RMIT in Melbourne from 2021 to 2024.

Jayna graduated with distinction and received an Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) Graduate Award in 2025. During her master's degree, she was mentored by Dr Scott Smallwood of The Barefoot Doctor in Buderim.

Outside the clinic, Jayna spends much of her time supporting her teenage children at basketball, occasionally taking to the court herself. She also loves cooking delicious, nutritious food for family and friends.

Reina Lajara

Reina worked alongside Jayna at the Meher Clinic for seven years as Roy and Ros's dispensary and office manager. She has studied Swedish massage and reflexology, and completed a Certificate IV in Mental Health at Nambour TAFE in 2020. She also works privately supporting people in the mental health sector.

Reina enjoys beach trips, boating, camping and campfires with her partner, their three children and two dogs. Family life keeps her busy with school, sport and friends. Before having children, she and her partner spent several years travelling the world.
